Very friendly service we ordered two pizzas they were very good, though not quite sliced ​​all the way through. You could tell the staff really cared about the customers; everything was served quickly and tasted great. The only minor issue was the caramel dessert—it was too sweet at first, then lacked a bit of flavor—but the place is still well worth a visit.

I entered as a party of one walk in and was treated very kindly. I ordered the spaghetti squash with low expectations. It was gorgeous and delicious and the portion was perfect. The service was courteous and even let me fill up my water bottle with ice cold water before I left. It’s a holiday and the city is full of tourists so I didn’t know what to expect. I highly recommend this location!

Excellent food , one of the most delicious eggplants I’ve had in NY. The service was exceptional from our server Patricia, and the drinks and attention from the bartender Paulie were the highlight of the night 😍. I will definitely be coming back to this location with my friend, as the warmth and hospitality from the manager Pablo were a 10/10. Thank you guys for making our evening so memorable.

Absolutely outstanding dinner at Serafina Tribeca! From the moment we walked in, everything was flawless. The food is hands-down some of the best Italian I’ve had in Manhattan – every dish was perfectly executed, bursting with flavor, and made with clearly high-quality ingredients. The pasta was al dente perfection and the sauces rich and authentic. Pure heaven. What truly elevated the entire experience, though, was the incredible service, especially from our server Umby. She was an absolute gem – warm, attentive, genuinely kind, and made us feel so taken care of from start to finish. Her recommendations were spot-on, her timing impeccable, and her smile and energy made the night even more special. Umby is a superstar and a big reason we’ll be coming back again and again! If you’re looking for authentic Italian cuisine paired with heartfelt hospitality in Tribeca, Serafina is a must. Already counting down the days until our next visit! Highly, highly recommend – thank you Umby and the whole team!

I’ve visited this Serafina location twice, and both times the food, service, and ambiance were fantastic. I had the pepperoni pizza and penne alla vodka, both were exceptional. The calamari was good, though not quite as memorable, and the crème brûlée was delicious. I’ve sat both in the covered patio area and inside the restaurant, and the service was consistently excellent each time. Highly recommended!
